The Corvedale Brewery.
After a year of saying I will make this page I finally got it together.
We brew three main beers at the moment, they are
Norman's Pride.
Norman's Secret Hop.
Norman's Dark And Delicious
These beers are available in the pub and a few other outlets around the country.
Norman's Pride is available at the bar in bottles.
We also produce Ego Bitter for The Egos restaurant in Ludlow.
Roger Protz, one of the countries top real ale critics wrote in a resent article on The Corvedale Brewery.
It's certainly worth the journey to drink Norman's Pride, brewed from Maris Otter pale and crystal malts and North Down hops. It has a pronounced hop resin aroma with tart hops and juicy malt in the mouth, and a long hoppy finish.
We started brewing at the end of 1997 in what was our old chicken and lumber shed behind the pub and soon got the reputation we wanted.
Our first brew was Normans secret hop (4.3%) , this brew will soon be made available on mail order.
